Shipping insurance is available upon request
Shipping prices from Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast are pre-calculated at checkout delivery due to the size and weight of these items shipping anywhere else in Australia will require a quote
We will do our best to find the most cost-effective way of getting goods to you in a timely manner and tracking numbers will be provided
Pick-ups are from Browns Plains on the south side of Brisbane, however, all goods to be collected must be ordered in advance
Refund/exchange policy
Refunds will only be given in the case of faulty or wrongly supplied products only when an exchange is not possible
In the case of a refund, a 10% administration fee is applicable
Refunds will not be given due to change of mind or products damaged due to misuse
